At MARGARET J. LIVINGSTONE and ASSOCIATES (MJL & A) we are committed to giving value to both the client organization and to the participants in our programs. Because every situation arises from unique and specific circumstances, our aim is to approach each assignment with a plan to develop a personalized program. The only constant is that we will always bring experience, professionalism and integrity to all work that we undertake.

Our consultants are effective and competent counsellors who bring years of business experience and a valuable mixture of strengths and resources to each situation. They are also skilled in working with individuals who must learn to rebuild self-confidence, establish realistic career goals and apply proven methodologies to the job search process. All counselling is done on a one-to-one personalized basis and is structured to address individual problems and frustrations that normally accompany periods of unemployment.

Who We Are

MARGARET J. LIVINGSTONE and ASSOCIATES (MJL&A) is a Vancouver, British Columbia based Human Resources Consulting company that was incorporated in 1990. Since that time, MJL&A has gained increasing recognition as a supplier of exceptionally high quality Outplacement and Career Transition services. MJL&A has provided service to more than 250 different organizations which represent all industry sectors and include several of Vancouver's major corporations, many of whom call upon our support on a regular basis. All service is provided on a one-to-one basis where strict confidentiality is maintained. While MJL&A's outplacement programs are open to all levels of employees, the wide majority of service is delivered to management and professional staff.
